Refunds and Returns

At Cascayde we hope you are delighted with every purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return something all we ask is:

  1. That you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods. 
  2. That you provide proof of purchase, such as order number.   
  3. That the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Postage is non-refundable and unwanted items are returned at your own cost.

Once a return has been received and a refund is approved, the cost of the item will be credited back to your original payment method with 2 working days.

Return shipping is at your own risk and you may wish to consider using a signed for service.

If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete please email sales@cascayde.com with relevant information, and if possible, include photographs in your email.
