Refunds and Returns

At Cascayde we hope you are delighted with every purchase, however if for whatever reason you wish to return something we ask:

Postage is non-refundable and items are returned at your own cost.

If your goods have arrived damaged then please, if possible, include photographs in your email. 

After an item has been returned it will be inspected and we will send you an email notification. If a refund is approved, the cost of the item will be credited back to your original payment method with 2 working days.

If you would like to return an item for exchange please explain this in your email. Please note that postage will be charged on the replacement item.

Return shipping is at your own risk and you may wish to consider using a signed for service.
