At Cascayde we hope you are delighted with every purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return something all we ask is:
- That you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- That you provide proof of purchase, such as order number.
- That the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Postage is non-refundable and unwanted items are returned at your own cost.
Once a return has been received and a refund is approved, the cost of the item will be credited back to your original payment method with 2 working days.
Return shipping is at your own risk and you may wish to consider using a signed for service.

If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete please email sales@cascayde.com with relevant information, and if possible, include photographs in your email.
